I have ordered from them at least 20 times and every package has been what I expected or better, like today's package, where extra pods were added to it. Awful customer service Awful customer service. I wrote to them concerned about the smell of the seeds, they just smelled off to me and clumpy. Seemingly moldy but I wasn’t sure so I messaged them seeking clarification and help (as a business who handles seeds every day they would certainly know if something I was describing wasn’t right) and this was their response: the same seeds you get, every other customer gets. So it doesn't make sense that yours is the only 'rancid' bag of seeds. You're literally the only person who's said that. If I get more customers coming forward with this issue, then I'll think something is wrong with our seeds.
