GBBeen ordering in fall of 2023 Been ordering in fall of 2023, their Dutch seeds are potent and make great recipes, but with lots of plant material mixed in with seeds and some unpleasant side flavors in large amounts. I've been ordering for about 2 months, and shipping has nearly always been very quick. Their Australian and generic seeds are not great, overly washed with a peppery aroma. Their decorative pods have been good too.

GBExcellent products BUT this time… Excellent products BUT this time ordering they printed the shipping label days ago but never sent it. I keep getting automated confirmation responses. The first time I ordered was fast just need someone to respond. Update, it took them 6 days to send it after I emailed them about 15 times. I'll still give them business because outstanding product quality.

GBThinking about ordering from Luma… Thinking about ordering from Luma Seeds? Think again! You’re better off ordering from somewhere else. They’re terrible and unreliable about getting your order out. It takes them several days after accepting your order to even get your order to the post office. This has happened to my previous orders despite paying a hefty price for priority shipping. Slow and terrible customer service… what a disappointment.

GBThe seeds are top notch quality and the… The seeds are top notch quality and the bouquets are so beutiful and are made with quality. I keep returning to them because their products are truelly something to experience. Also compared to many competitors the price is unbeatable. I'm not sure why the rating is 3 or 4 stars when they should be 5. Their costumer service is good as well THEY RESPOND to questions!

GBAwful customer service Awful customer service. I wrote to them concerned about the smell of the seeds, they just smelled off to me and clumpy. Seemingly moldy but I wasn’t sure so I messaged them seeking clarification and help (as a business who handles seeds every day they would certainly know if something I was describing wasn’t right) and this was their response: the same seeds you get, every other customer gets. So it doesn't make sense that yours is the only 'rancid' bag of seeds. You're literally the only person who's said that. If I get more customers coming forward with this issue, then I'll think something is wrong with our seeds. Maybe you just don't like the taste. we can probably send you an extra sample bag on your next order Acted like I was acting a fool demanding a refund, like buddy… I wanted to know if these were safe to use and like maybe throw a 10% off my next order for the inconvenience, stuff happens I get that! But like that response was absolute garbage customer service. Made me lose massive respect for a company I had really liked working with the past months!
