GBI placed an order in December I placed an order in December. Order never was delivered. Tracking number says delivery attempted. I reach out to LumaSeeds customer service and they said to try going to the post office to recover my package. The post office said they lost it and I need to reach out to the sender to get a refund and they can claim insurance from USPS. Well I tried going to the post office everyday for 3 months and now it's April. They still don't have my package. LumaSeeds is no longer responding back to me.

GBExcellent Customer Service First of all, the customer service was excellent because they emailed me every time there was a movement of my package during tracking. My order only took three days. The pods were nice and big and fresh, I got the Danish variety of seeds and they are very fresh smelling with no chemicals and even have some plant manner in them which enhances their flavor. Can't wait to try them in the kitchen for my baking needs!

GBThinking about ordering from Luma… Thinking about ordering from Luma Seeds? Think again! You’re better off ordering from somewhere else. They’re terrible and unreliable about getting your order out. It takes them several days after accepting your order to even get your order to the post office. This has happened to my previous orders despite paying a hefty price for priority shipping. Slow and terrible customer service… what a disappointment.

GBLuma Seeds has great seeds and pods Luma Seeds has great seeds and pods. Their customer service is great and all of my deliveries have been on time. I have ordered from them at least 20 times and every package has been what I expected or better, like today's package, where extra pods were added to it. I really appreciate the extras and will continue to do business with them. Luma Seeds is hands down the best online seller I've found.
