Excellent products BUT this time… Excellent products BUT this time ordering they printed the shipping label days ago but never sent it. I keep getting automated confirmation responses. The first time I ordered was fast just need someone to respond. Update, it took them 6 days to send it after I emailed them about 15 times. I'll still give them business because outstanding product quality.

Fake product. The products they sell do not match the description when it comes to the poppy seeds. The particulate matter is also not from the papaver somniferum or any genus of. This product has been doctored to look like what is advertised. Keep your eyes on this place, it's going to be funny.

I have had the best service from them and nothing but positive marks on my end. I have had situations where the USPS has delayed shipment and Luma has gone the extra mile to make things right (for an issue that isn’t even their fault).
