GBAnley Breeze England Flag I ordered two Breeze flags, but for some reason one didn't have the canvas header where as the other received did. Upon requesting an explanation the response was "only some are sent with canvas headers, for testing purposes". Unfortunately this means the flag is not as clearly described, and is likely to have a reduced life. They offered a refund, but I'm not happy with being fobbed off. These are cheap for a reason.

GBBUY ELSEWHERE - NO CUSTOMER service I needed flags and instead of normally ordering from Amazon, I though I'd buy directly.... BAD IDEA.... Some fing foreigner tells me items are shipped and have only received half of my order.... Arrogant, deceitful, and just plain $hitty customer "service", take you money and run.... NEVER FING AGAIN....

KNTerrible experience I order 9 flags from you in february, paid for express delivery 24us, spoke directly with your office and asked when they will delivered . That came 1 day later as you declare and the shipment want incomplete( only 4 flags). After 2 days came second shipment with the rest of flags (4 flags), but still messing 1 flag what i paid for đŸ˜” I wrote email back and nobody answer . Terrible experience with your company, never again!

NLGreat Great , beautiful US flag . It hangs from my 12 feet ceiling down , just amazing . Manufacturing quality is awesome . Took about 3 weeks to arrive , which is reasonable in times of coronavirus . Keep up the good work . Regards , Daniel

GBThee ol "Lost in the mail" excuse. Placed order, got a proof email then afterwards crickets... Finally realizing I haven't received my order, sent an email. Got the nonchalant response and typical excuse the order was lost in the mail. Even though I never received an email stating your order is in processing or being shipped. Only options were refund or wait another 3 weeks for flag. So the order was never processed to begin with! Never again order from this company.
