Good not terrible Took over a month to receive from China which is fine considering it was only $25 with shipping and handling. PRO: The flag is thick so I believe it will be sturdy and hold up to the wind when I start flying it. CON: when the image was printed it was stretched and not as dark as I hoped. OVERALL I would buy more and plan to buy more from the company but I would just experiment with my custom designs more before hand

Thee ol "Lost in the mail" excuse. Placed order, got a proof email then afterwards crickets... Finally realizing I haven't received my order, sent an email. Got the nonchalant response and typical excuse the order was lost in the mail. Even though I never received an email stating your order is in processing or being shipped. Only options were refund or wait another 3 weeks for flag. So the order was never processed to begin with! Never again order from this company.

Third time's a delight I had good luck with two small previous orders from Anley, so I decided to go for broke with a 20-flag order, all different designs. Proofs came back in a couple of days, and within eight working days total, my flags were in my hands. Yes, I paid for Express Service. They were double-packed and sealed securely. Very pleased with the lightning-fast service and superb artwork, as they cleaned up some of my images that were a bit ragged. Some of the flags were sewn with thread in rather contrasting colors that made the rest of the flag just “pop”. Nice touch! Extra small pole sleeves were just what I had requested for making stick flags. Great job by Jeremy, Leo, and the entire Anley team.

BUY ELSEWHERE - NO CUSTOMER service I needed flags and instead of normally ordering from Amazon, I though I'd buy directly.... BAD IDEA.... Some fing foreigner tells me items are shipped and have only received half of my order.... Arrogant, deceitful, and just plain $hitty customer "service", take you money and run.... NEVER FING AGAIN....

The only thing we caution is if you live in a place like Florida, the sun fades out the richness pretty quickly, and it doesn't matter why type of flag from what manufacturer and it doesn't matter if it is the American Flag, the rainbow flag or our personalized flag. First /World Problems,:)
