Don’t buy direct, use Amazon for fast shipping I would suggest that you purchase their flags from Amazon. You’ll get a great product super quick. I will never order from Anley directly again. Like others, you’ll get pre shipping info send tracking, but never anything else after that. Tried to contact via their instant message system and received no response. Sent email and waiting for response.

The only thing we caution is if you live in a place like Florida, the sun fades out the richness pretty quickly, and it doesn't matter why type of flag from what manufacturer and it doesn't matter if it is the American Flag, the rainbow flag or our personalized flag. Anley Breeze England Flag I ordered two Breeze flags, but for some reason one didn't have the canvas header where as the other received did. Upon requesting an explanation the response was "only some are sent with canvas headers, for testing purposes". Unfortunately this means the flag is not as clearly described, and is likely to have a reduced life. They offered a refund, but I'm not happy with being fobbed off. These are cheap for a reason.

Cluckingham Palace has a royal flag! I work in a memory care community and we recently got pet chickens in our courtyard. The residents chose the name "Cluckingham Palace" for the coop. We wanted a customized garden flag to represent our royal hens. We are very pleased with how the flag turned out! It was easy and a lot of fun to create. I will definitely use Anley Inc. again.

Terrible experience I order 9 flags from you in february, paid for express delivery 24us, spoke directly with your office and asked when they will delivered . That came 1 day later as you declare and the shipment want incomplete( only 4 flags). After 2 days came second shipment with the rest of flags (4 flags), but still messing 1 flag what i paid for 😔 I wrote email back and nobody answer . Terrible experience with your company, never again!
