GBDon’t buy direct, use Amazon for fast shipping I would suggest that you purchase their flags from Amazon. You’ll get a great product super quick. I will never order from Anley directly again. Like others, you’ll get pre shipping info send tracking, but never anything else after that. Tried to contact via their instant message system and received no response. Sent email and waiting for response.

GBThee ol "Lost in the mail" excuse. Placed order, got a proof email then afterwards crickets... Finally realizing I haven't received my order, sent an email. Got the nonchalant response and typical excuse the order was lost in the mail. Even though I never received an email stating your order is in processing or being shipped. Only options were refund or wait another 3 weeks for flag. So the order was never processed to begin with! Never again order from this company.

GBCluckingham Palace has a royal flag! I work in a memory care community and we recently got pet chickens in our courtyard. The residents chose the name "Cluckingham Palace" for the coop. We wanted a customized garden flag to represent our royal hens. We are very pleased with how the flag turned out! It was easy and a lot of fun to create. I will definitely use Anley Inc. again.

GBGood not terrible Took over a month to receive from China which is fine considering it was only $25 with shipping and handling. PRO: The flag is thick so I believe it will be sturdy and hold up to the wind when I start flying it. CON: when the image was printed it was stretched and not as dark as I hoped. OVERALL I would buy more and plan to buy more from the company but I would just experiment with my custom designs more before hand

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. I ordered from Anley a set of aluminum 1.25" rotating flag mounting rings. According to their website the 1.25" rings would fit a 1" diameter flagpole, which is what I have. They do not. They are too large and will not secure to the flagpole. After sending two emails explaining the problem and waiting over 3 days, they did not even bother to answer back. I purchased to correct ones from another vendor. It's not the money, but the principle of the matter. If you have to return an item, good luck! Juan Pelaez
