GBThee ol "Lost in the mail" excuse. Placed order, got a proof email then afterwards crickets... Finally realizing I haven't received my order, sent an email. Got the nonchalant response and typical excuse the order was lost in the mail. Even though I never received an email stating your order is in processing or being shipped. Only options were refund or wait another 3 weeks for flag. So the order was never processed to begin with! Never again order from this company.

GBThird time's a delight I had good luck with two small previous orders from Anley, so I decided to go for broke with a 20-flag order, all different designs. Proofs came back in a couple of days, and within eight working days total, my flags were in my hands. Yes, I paid for Express Service. They were double-packed and sealed securely. Very pleased with the lightning-fast service and superb artwork, as they cleaned up some of my images that were a bit ragged. Some of the flags were sewn with thread in rather contrasting colors that made the rest of the flag just “pop”. Nice touch! Extra small pole sleeves were just what I had requested for making stick flags. Great job by Jeremy, Leo, and the entire Anley team.

GBI went to Anley website to order a flag… I went to Anley website to order a flag but in the Specialty Flags section they sell a Satan flag which made feel disgusted and I sent them a comment in their contact form about it and never received back a reply. I ended up not purchasing from them. I heard other comments that they are based in China. Disgusted customer!

KNTerrible experience I order 9 flags from you in february, paid for express delivery 24us, spoke directly with your office and asked when they will delivered . That came 1 day later as you declare and the shipment want incomplete( only 4 flags). After 2 days came second shipment with the rest of flags (4 flags), but still messing 1 flag what i paid for 😔 I wrote email back and nobody answer . Terrible experience with your company, never again!

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. I ordered from Anley a set of aluminum 1.25" rotating flag mounting rings. According to their website the 1.25" rings would fit a 1" diameter flagpole, which is what I have. They do not. They are too large and will not secure to the flagpole. After sending two emails explaining the problem and waiting over 3 days, they did not even bother to answer back. I purchased to correct ones from another vendor. It's not the money, but the principle of the matter. If you have to return an item, good luck! Juan Pelaez
