Anley Breeze England Flag I ordered two Breeze flags, but for some reason one didn't have the canvas header where as the other received did. Upon requesting an explanation the response was "only some are sent with canvas headers, for testing purposes". Unfortunately this means the flag is not as clearly described, and is likely to have a reduced life. They offered a refund, but I'm not happy with being fobbed off. These are cheap for a reason.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. I ordered from Anley a set of aluminum 1.25" rotating flag mounting rings. According to their website the 1.25" rings would fit a 1" diameter flagpole, which is what I have. They do not. They are too large and will not secure to the flagpole. After sending two emails explaining the problem and waiting over 3 days, they did not even bother to answer back. I purchased to correct ones from another vendor. It's not the money, but the principle of the matter. If you have to return an item, good luck! Juan Pelaez

Great Great , beautiful US flag . It hangs from my 12 feet ceiling down , just amazing . Manufacturing quality is awesome . Took about 3 weeks to arrive , which is reasonable in times of coronavirus . Keep up the good work . Regards , Daniel

Third time's a delight I had good luck with two small previous orders from Anley, so I decided to go for broke with a 20-flag order, all different designs. Proofs came back in a couple of days, and within eight working days total, my flags were in my hands. Yes, I paid for Express Service. They were double-packed and sealed securely. Very pleased with the lightning-fast service and superb artwork, as they cleaned up some of my images that were a bit ragged. Some of the flags were sewn with thread in rather contrasting colors that made the rest of the flag just “pop”. Nice touch! Extra small pole sleeves were just what I had requested for making stick flags. Great job by Jeremy, Leo, and the entire Anley team.

Arrived on time and it looks beautiful Arrived on time and it looks beautiful. This is my third order with Anley and we have been happy. The only thing we caution is if you live in a place like Florida, the sun fades out the richness pretty quickly, and it doesn't matter why type of flag from what manufacturer and it doesn't matter if it is the American Flag, the rainbow flag or our personalized flag. First /World Problems,:)
