GBBUY ELSEWHERE - NO CUSTOMER service I needed flags and instead of normally ordering from Amazon, I though I'd buy directly.... BAD IDEA.... Some fing foreigner tells me items are shipped and have only received half of my order.... Arrogant, deceitful, and just plain $hitty customer "service", take you money and run.... NEVER FING AGAIN....

GBArrived on time and it looks beautiful Arrived on time and it looks beautiful. This is my third order with Anley and we have been happy. The only thing we caution is if you live in a place like Florida, the sun fades out the richness pretty quickly, and it doesn't matter why type of flag from what manufacturer and it doesn't matter if it is the American Flag, the rainbow flag or our personalized flag. First /World Problems,:)

GBI ordered a flag that was supposed that to be double-side and not made out of picnic plastic material. What i received wasn't polyester fabric I ordered a flag that was supposed to be double-side and made from polyester fabric. What I received was a flag made one side and from thick plastic material like picnic plastic for picnic table and all black on the other side. I couldn't call because there was no phone number on their site. I did message them and now waiting on a response. I want a re-make correctly or a refund.

GBCluckingham Palace has a royal flag! I work in a memory care community and we recently got pet chickens in our courtyard. The residents chose the name "Cluckingham Palace" for the coop. We wanted a customized garden flag to represent our royal hens. We are very pleased with how the flag turned out! It was easy and a lot of fun to create. I will definitely use Anley Inc. again.

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. I ordered from Anley a set of aluminum 1.25" rotating flag mounting rings. According to their website the 1.25" rings would fit a 1" diameter flagpole, which is what I have. They do not. They are too large and will not secure to the flagpole. After sending two emails explaining the problem and waiting over 3 days, they did not even bother to answer back. I purchased to correct ones from another vendor. It's not the money, but the principle of the matter. If you have to return an item, good luck! Juan Pelaez
