GBI was disappointed at first since I… I was disappointed at first since I couldn't make a purchase on the website, I kept getting an error. I left a message to on the website telling them of the issue. I didn't get an answer for a couple of days so I found them on Facebook and left a message. I got a reply and things moved forward quite well. They contacted me, got my payment information for my order. I was so excited when I got my order very quickly then. It arrived in just a few days and in great condition. I bought three for gifts and now I am so anxious to see their thoughts and how well they like them. Great gift for small spaces like apartments. I do recommend this company.

GBPurchased 3 mini pads Purchased 3 mini pads. Nothing grew over 1 inch. Called co. and they sent new substrate. Planted basil in one. It is growing. Other 2 mini pads planted cherry tomatoes. Gave one to friend for her birthday. Did not grow. Tried to contact company no results. Do.I feel it was.worth 39.99 each? No.
