Feels like I've been ripped off!! I ordered (2) 2 packs of substrate and was delivered the wrong substrate and the wrong amount. Additionally the invoice I received billed me $36 rather than the $24 on their site. They have no way of contacting them other than email and they haven't responded to previous emails I've sent them regarding this matter. Feels like I've been ripped off.

Thank you for your assistance with… Thank you for your assistance with getting organized and getting all the necessary products needed for our school virtual gardening club. Your assistance was greatly appreciated and the students are having a blast growing on their grow pad minis. Their gardens are flourishing better than my own!
