Feels like I've been ripped off!! I ordered (2) 2 packs of substrate and was delivered the wrong substrate and the wrong amount. Additionally the invoice I received billed me $36 rather than the $24 on their site. They have no way of contacting them other than email and they haven't responded to previous emails I've sent them regarding this matter. Feels like I've been ripped off.

Purchased 3 mini pads Purchased 3 mini pads. Nothing grew over 1 inch. Called co. and they sent new substrate. Planted basil in one. It is growing. Other 2 mini pads planted cherry tomatoes. Gave one to friend for her birthday. Did not grow. Tried to contact company no results. Do.I feel it was.worth 39.99 each? No.
