USDO NOT USE DO NOT USE! Despite scheduling and service calls being routed through their corporate office, these are franchise owned and operated. I had a simple sprinkler head replacement service call that resulted in the owner of my local franchise leaving my system with a leak that wasn’t noticed until he left. It took 2 weeks (and a no show appointment) to get him back out only to claim the leak wasn’t his fault and I’d need to pay several hundred dollars more for him to fix the issue. It was through my calls to the service department that I realized the individual that broke caused the issue and declined to fix it is also the local franchise owner. This model creates perverse incentives for the technician/franchise owner. Also, while they were out “repairing” my system they provided a quote for additional services and the pricing was outrageous - over $1000 for adding one sprinkler head to my existing system. Bad service. Bad pricing. And a refusal to correct problems caused by them. This has been a huge headache and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
