Wow...A+++++ Fantastic! Bought a 3x3 sierra patio canopy, It’s absolutely lovely & the wife & girlies love it! Very high quality product, took 2 people about 2hrs to assemble (quick & easy if you follow instructions) It’s a great (off the house) sun canopy & protects the house from bad weather...(low rain noise compared to glass ‘rain patter’) I can not recommend this product More...Fantastic after Sales & price. Not fit for purpose Do not buy a Palram Oasis polycarbonate greenhouse if you live in a place subject to strong winds eg Scotland.. I live in Edinburgh and this greenhouse blew down within a couple of months of purchase. I managed to re-erect it and secured the roof to the base using wires fed through the roof struts. This did prevent the structure from disappearing down the street during a recent storm but it didn’t prevent it from imploding. It now lies in pieces in my garage awaiting the visit of an insurance assessor.

Excellent service and product. Sierra veranda arrived and was fairly easy to put up with 2 people. When we were inserting the roofing paddles at first it didnt seem to be sitting right but we soon realised we hadn't placed the legs quite square but once we corrected that it was. It has been absolutely great. We have already had intense wind and rain and it has been solid. There hasn't been too much noise with the rain battering down. We have mounted it onto a pebble dashed wall so we have used lots of sealant to keep it waterproof which we have managed after a couple of goes so smooth brick walls will be no problem. A piece of guttering had been broken in transit but company replaced it promptly without hesitation.

EASY TO BREAK-IN TO PALRAM 6X8 SKYLIGHT SHED I bought this shed in the summer, it looked fine, but last night it was broken into, it became clear that this shed can be broken into in less than 60 seconds. The door hinge has 4 exposed screws (part no 8480) all someone has to do is unscrew 3 of these and the door can be opened and no mater what sort of lock you have on the other door it does not matter, Very Very poor not to have some sort of fixing over the door fixing to make it impossible to get to the screws
