SCAM! I experienced same issue as many others. Bought storage unit on-line on 1-11-24…3 days later I received email stating “Order Cancelled. Item no longer in stock. Refund not issued”. Emails and text messages have gone unanswered. Luckily, I Paid with AmEx and AmEx has been Awesome with their “Purchase Protection Guarantee”…

Beware Of Scam! Placed an order on 12/29. Everything processed. On 01/06 received an email saying the order was canceled and a refund would be made. On 01/09 I emailed them and asked when a refund would be made. They replied a refund would be made in 48hrs. As of 01/18 no refund has been made and they are no longer replying to my emails. Beware Of Scam!

Ordered a unit 7 x 10 paid $1450 Ordered a unit 7 x 10 paid $1450. A few days later I got a message that the order was canceled, and a refund was promised. I'm still waiting for a refund. The website is not accessible, and the phone is off the hook. Several messages were sent without a response. Be aware SCAM
