GBI was extremely disappointed with the … I was extremely disappointed with the seed production. The garlic bulbs were moldy when they arrived. Of all the seeds I purchased through Pinetree, only the carrots had a strong yield.

GBIf I would have known that it was going… If I would have known that it was going to take weeks for my seeds to ship I would have not ordered. They say they're having delays due to COVID. I find it hard to believe that you would shut down or slow down seed sorting and distribution for COVID. Many places use COVID as an excuse to take their time on shipping. I will never order seeds from this website again.

GBDidn't Uphold Their Guarantee I ordered some Ice Lettuce for a summer crop, but it was an absolute failure. I started them indoors under ideal conditions, but the seeds did not germinate. I emailed Pinetree, expecting a refund or replacement, but was told it was not the seeds but the growing conditions. In years past, I have gotten a replacement or refund when things like this happened. The other items in the order performed well.

GBI appreciate the great selection of … I appreciate the great selection of seeds, the low cost, the efficient delivery and helpful staff. I did have some crop failures with several types of seed that normally germinates easily. If that had not happened, I would have given Pinetree Garden Seeds a five star rating. Thanks for asking and for caring.

GBSeeds Failed No rude conduct--Customer service staff always polite but so disappointed in the seeds. Ordered a variety of vegies plus nastursiums. Only a few seeds sprouted but did not survive and only one nastursium planted actually grew. I won't be reordering.
