09/16 to 11/08 no flags, Scammed out of $76USD i ordered on september 16 so i would get my custom flags on my birthday but months later and nothing... they won't even reply to me now they basically stole my $76 USD and would like to file a class action lawsuit with anyone else that would be interested into getting their money back. it doesn't help that i am poor either and i decided to buy what i expected to be top quality American flags.... instead i got robbed which is a federal crime for them to commit fraud as well stealing. the owners should be arrested and charged for every person they stole from.

I ordered 3 custom flags on 28… I ordered 3 custom flags on 28 September and haven’t heard or received anything! I’ve made several attempts to contact them via email or social media and still not response. I wrote a bad review in their page, but they have control of what is posted or not. So it looks like they have a great rating. The customer service is horrible and I would not recommend this place anyone!

Go somewhere else! Terrible experience. I ordered 5 months ago and have not received my flag. We have 22 emails between each other and every email they say just waiting on their shipping dept. This company is lying with every word they speak.

BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE! This is the most dishonest company on the internet. I placed an order for (2) custom flags needed for college athlete scholarship signing day. The orders were placed on 10/27 for an event on 11/10. I found out the same day that they would not make the event, so I requested in writing on FB, their website and via email. There was plenty of time to cancel the order and refund my money but they acknowledge my cancellation and did ABSOULTUY nothing. Two days before the event and I get notified that it was too late, and I would be charged and next I could contact them for “deal”. There won’t be another next time for this company.
