Smooth experience Everyone we spoke to was personable and helpful, including George, Savannah, and the tow truck operator. We got more than a good deal for the car and they had it gone within 48 hrs, even while there were some repairs on the tow truck being used that delayed service for a little while.

I requested a little more money because we only had 13,000 miles on our 2005 car and the Wheelzy offer went up some. The Towing Driver contacted me to keep me informed of the pickup time. He also took pictures of the signed documents and sent them to my text message. A wonderful experience all around.

AMAZING This was a better experience than I expected. I was given a fair price for my vehicles. Vehicles were picked up in a timely manner. Communication was wonderful and tow truck driver was excellent. I would definitely recommend.

So close to 5 stars... Getting a quote was easy and hassle free. The offer on my car was fair, and the turnaround from start to finish was fast. I would really like to make this a five star rating, but I had several communication failures with the tower, who I believe was a subcontractor. They failed to contact me on the original scheduled pick-up date and the day after. I contacted Wheelzy again, and they were helpful in getting the tower to complete the title transfer and payment.
