Original order all wrong. They did correct the order. My first order that was sent out every vent was wrong and needed to be returned. Some were wrong style some were wrong finish and some were poor quality control because the mold did not release correctly. The second time they sent them out they were all correct but it took several weeks to get my order. The staf was very nice about correcting the issue and the greats are installed and look great. The greats are great quality.

We are very impressed with the quality… We are very impressed with the quality of our vent cover. The builder had just put a basic 12 x 24 cold air return vent cover on our ceiling. The new vent cover from Majestic is decorative and very well made. We liked it so much we have ordered another one to cover another vent going up the stairs on the wall.

Extremely Pleased We are restoring a 1902 train passenger depot and need to upgrade the hvac system. Due to what we are working with, we required custom sizes. Also, we desired to have the vent covers all match. Attempting to find antique matching ones in proper sizes would have been impossible. We opted to paint them ourselves. They arrived quicker than anticipated. Packaged extremely well. Online ordering was easy. Quality is great. Affordable too. No one will know they are not historic metal grates unless they are touched. We have received oodles of compliments from the historic preservation community. The vent was exactly as described… The vent was exactly as described (actually, it was prettier in person) and the description made it very clear which model would sit flush to the wall. It's a beautiful vent cover.

Vents are a beautiful addition to vintage home! Just installed 5 of the Decorative Heritage registers in my 1937 bungalow and they are gorgeous! All my Neighbors are suffering from "vent envy." I purchased the unfinished vents and spray painted them white which was very easy and they look like they arrived that way from the factory. I ordered with holes which I highly recommend. The holes did not line up with my original holes but new ceiling drywall holes and small plastic anchors solved that problem. I am ordering the last three and the AC intake grill to finish off the house.
