Amazing customer service, great product. 2/3 of the products shipped and were great. 1 of them was damaged from shipping, but within minutes of me contacting the company, the owner called me, apologized, and provided me with a tracking number for a replacement item that he overnighted. The customer service experience made it almost even better than just received the product in perfect condition in the first place. Great product. Great team.

Amazing product and customer service I ordered two beautiful vases that other companies were selling at higher prices and they came not only securely wrapped in bubble wrap but also in an entire box of package peanuts, there as no way they were breaking! Additionally, I requested to have a price adjustment after I noticed they were having a President’s Day sale and they responded by crediting my card within hours. As we just celebrated our 50th wedding … As we just celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary, we wanted our firstborn grandson and his wife to have a journal to commemorate their journies as Naval Officer and lovely wife. We never thought we would forget the trail heads of so many of our Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Michigan adventures, but we did. A log is a treasure and we hope it serves them well as they serve as Naval Officers in the U.S. Navy. Go .Navy; Beat Army!!!!!

Happy shopping I ordered glass, animal-shaped salt & pepper shakers (mice for myself, & cats for my sister-in-law, next purchase--the hedgehogs?) for Christmas. The customer service rep told me the cats were "new, in today" and that they're "ridiculously adorable!!" I said I hope the recipient of the gift is that enthused--because, now I certainly am!! They were packaged very well and I find myself using the same adjectives to describe them. I can hardly wait for Christmas, for her to see them!?😊
