Very pleased I have used Picanova in the past for their excellent metal prints, but never for their canvas prints. I was extremely pleased with the 20 x 30 canvas print that I ordered as a present for my wife. It looks fantastic, and was produced and shipped with their usual speed. I am a very satisfied customer.

Fast but disappointed Okay, to be fair, these guys are fast. I ordered on a Sunday and received it by Friday from Florida to Idaho! There is absolutely nothing wrong with the quality I received. However this is a trial by error circumstance. The whole purpose of ordering a metal print is to get that popular "shiney" surface that makes the photo "pop". When using the ordering process there is no finish to choose, however, the description of the product is deceiving. It states sophisticated "gleaming" finish and a "lustrous" visual effect. The product I received is neither of those. Mat finish would be accurate but not what is described. Disappointed and still looking for affordable glossy print on metal. #US3A3700087950.

pleased with quality Easy to use website, prompt response and delivery. Mu only disappointment was that the hardware to hang the canvas was included, but was not attached, so I have to complete it.

We always get exactly what we ask for… We always get exactly what we ask for when ordering prints from Picanova.com. The images are stunning and the construction of the finished product is accurate and sturdy. We just wish we had more wall space!
