Unprecedented fast service. Superb Plants I'm beyond thrilled with the heucheras I received today, less than 48 hours after ordering them. Ive never experienced that speed of delivery (and free!!) and this level of personal service in my 30+ years gardening. The plant quality is far beyond what I expected from 'mail-order' plugs/plants. Great thought has been put into the packaging; plugs from the 'major outlets' are very hit and miss; battered to pieces on arrival and either dried out or rotten through being over-watered and stuck in the post for days on end. The packing was very sturdy and environmentally friendly; I love the use of straw to protect the plants. Thanks for the truly unprecedented and refreshingly excellent plants. I shall definitely be shopping with you again, what an amazing find!

Good, friendly service The information on the website and included with the plants was very helpful. The plants were also well packaged. As the plants are still dormant, fingers crossed they will begin sprouting once it starts warming up

So far so good Prompt, good communication, plugs arrived healthy and well developed. Wait to see how they grow but am very hopeful.

Communication mix up? Order cancelled with no explanation - I only know it was cancelled because I received a refund! Terrible communication, to say the least. Update: as I said in my review, I received no communication whatsoever from the sellers, not even in my spam box. However, if they say they wrote to me I accept that and would be happy to hear from them again
