Rough start but a worthwhile AWESOME experience!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a sliding patio door with internal blinds back in January. When the guys arrived to install it, I noticed the hardware was not the colored I ordered. So I said to myself, here we go, I expected nothing but excuses and problems, but was pleasantly surprised at what happened next. I called the office, spoke to Jeff the owner and he sent outa rep, determined what I needed, ordered the part and paid for expedited delivery and inside of 5 days I had exactly what I ordered, no excuses, no hassle just a very quick resolution to my problem. Great job, nice people, neat work at a fair price in a timely fashion. This company did my doors, windows, and siding and it all went off without a hitch. My home from 1932 with the old rotted wood siding and single pane glass windows and old wooden door and transformed it into a beautiful and much more economical home.The transformation was fast and professional at a good price.
