USThe plant was excellent but shipping… The plant was excellent but shipping was horrible. It spent almost 3 days in New Stanton PA and 4 days in Benwood WV, less than 10 minutes from my house. It arrived in Benwood WV on the Friday evening before memorial day weekend and should have been delivered the next day but wasn't. Luckily, it was still moist and didn't dry out completely. I spoke with a customer service representative by email and she was excellent. It's not your fault UPS dropped the ball on delivery.
