essential for sweetgum tree owners This tool (Stab-a-Nut picker upper) is great for picking up those infernal sweetgum balls. It's debatable whether it's faster than picking them up manually, but it saves strain on your back and makes the job half-enjoyable to do. My only wish would be more durable construction in some of the plastic parts, but my first unit lasted 4+ years of hard use and for only $65 that's pretty good.

I received the macadamia nut harvester when I ordered the sweetgum, but was informed they are the same. Website should make this clear to avoid confusion. Besides that, this thing is AMAZING. I have so many terrible memories of raking bagging gum balls as a child, but this machine made it almost fun! For real, get one if you have gum balls, I only wish I had splurged for the larger size.
