Excellent customer service Excellent customer service! We needed to replace our basket on our gumball retriever due to a fire, I emailed on Saturday, got a quick response and ordered on Monday. I received it today (Wednesday). My husband uses this almost daily in our yard because we have so many gumballs. 🤣 If you are on the fence about purchasing it, do it!

I received excellent customer service… I received excellent customer service over the phone from Sharon. She was able to add parts to my order to insure that the product that I ordered was going to be able to pick up my walnuts. I also appreciated the follow up email from Doreen with helpful videos.

essential for sweetgum tree owners This tool (Stab-a-Nut picker upper) is great for picking up those infernal sweetgum balls. It's debatable whether it's faster than picking them up manually, but it saves strain on your back and makes the job half-enjoyable to do. My only wish would be more durable construction in some of the plastic parts, but my first unit lasted 4+ years of hard use and for only $65 that's pretty good.

I have 40 trees and harvest by hand I have 40 trees and harvest by hand. I shake the pecans onto a large tarp and drag the tarp from tree to tree. This method takes 45 minutes per tree. Bag a nut reduced that in half. I got the 21 inch pro. Some tips. Clean up as much debris as you can first. Second, stop frequently to clear debris. An added benefit is that the stiff tines shucked half of my pecans further reducing additional work. I’m going to make a homemade blower next that will separate chafe from the nuts further reducing my work. The alternative is to invest in mechanical harvesting for around 40k.

Confusing model naming, FANTASTIC PRODUCT! A little confusion over receiving the right model. Would appreciate more transparency on models that share their brush designs. I received the macadamia nut harvester when I ordered the sweetgum, but was informed they are the same. Website should make this clear to avoid confusion. Besides that, this thing is AMAZING. I have so many terrible memories of raking bagging gum balls as a child, but this machine made it almost fun! For real, get one if you have gum balls, I only wish I had splurged for the larger size.
