Excellent customer service Excellent customer service! We needed to replace our basket on our gumball retriever due to a fire, I emailed on Saturday, got a quick response and ordered on Monday. I received it today (Wednesday). My husband uses this almost daily in our yard because we have so many gumballs. 🤣 If you are on the fence about purchasing it, do it!

Products were shipped immediately and I wasn’t taxed being out of state, received free shipping and also received a small discount from bag a nut. I will put the harvesters to use very quickly and hope they will do the work I so need them to do. If the harvesters are as good as bag a nut representatives, I will certainly be pleased with results.

Delivery was prompt. Sweet gumball picker actually works great on small pine cones as well. Tools are light-weight and easy to use in flower beds, under bushes and on lawn itself. I can't wait to get outside and start cleaning up my yard. Ingenuity makes me proud to be American :)

Great Product Bought the bag-a-nut from a link in an article about sweet gum balls (and how to deal with them). Was somewhat skeptical given the price tag, but I like buying USA made. This product does exactly what it advertises, and picked up with little effort in 30 minutes what took a day with rakes and tarps to accomplish. Highly recommend!!
