Fast, friendly, amazing! I am an event designer and was in need of fabrics ASAP to Toronto and Palazzo Fabric was so wonderful and helpful! Responded promptly, helped me with everything I needed and got the fabrics to me on time. The quality of the fabric is outstanding!

Excellent customer service and the best prices. I chose a fabric for conference room chair seats that needed recovering. It's only 5-6 yards. I had shopped around to several sites, and found their prices (for the exact same fabric) to be 30% less than their competition. The site didn't say the fabric I wanted was on backorder, but when I placed the order, they contacted me right away to let me know it was backordered, and when the manufacturer said it would be in. They gave me the option of cancelling or waiting. I chose to wait. Their communication & customer service has been excellent, and I will definitely order from them again.

Beautiful fabric, great service First of all, I shopped literally thousands of fabrics to find the right one, and Palazzo had it. Then, coupled with the cheerful service and quick delivery, the whole experience was great. I would recommend Palazzo to anyone in a heartbeat.

Pleased I found your website easily accessible. I ordered a sample which arrived promptly. I ordered 2 yds of fabric and received what I ordered in a timely fashion. I couldn't have expected more.
