new hardwood floors Dealt with Patrick who could not have been nicer. My current floors were matched with prefinished wood, and installed over 3 days. I had 4 rooms done at this time. They look great and matched well. my only reservation is that on 3 rooms there is a raised boundary between the hall and the new flooring. They told me I would have it in 2 places, but not the 3rd, which installers said I must have. Now that floors in place not sure I am thrilled with this issue and plan to visit the store to discuss options. Would have chosen different options if I had realized the reality. The installers were great as well doing what they were assigned, cleanup great, polite and attentive to issues. Careful with my furnishings and moving all of my furniture as needed. This was a BIG job.

We bought carpet that had a two month customer satisfaction guarantee. After the installation, we were not happy with the carpet for several reasons,. This is the second time we have hired Scott Carpet One to complete a flooring project in our home and have nothing but accolades for those who were involved in completing the work as well as the final product.
