They were prompt with communication, a refund and assistance with more samples. I sent picture of my oriental carpet and Samantha sent some lovely samples she chose. Highly Recommend! Recently there was an accident that badly stained one of my six upholstered dining room chairs. I couldn’t find an exact fabric to replace the damaged one, but this company sent me two free swatches of a similar fabric to compare. I received them very quickly and chose the one to order. The fabric arrived very quickly and was safely wrapped in plastic in a roll and not folded. I highly recommend Discounted Designer Fabrics.
