They were prompt with communication, a refund and assistance with more samples. I sent picture of my oriental carpet and Samantha sent some lovely samples she chose. We ordered sample from other sites ( 5$ each) and waited a couple weeks to get the sample that was not even similar to the photo. So we searched again and came across Discounted Designer Fabrics. The same fabric at other outlets was much more expensive for the exact same fabric and they charged $5.00 PER swatch. I was trying to choose among eleven fabrics that I liked and all my swatches were delivered FEDEX in three days at NO charge. Picked out my fabric - ordered it - received it in less than a week! Had been looking for fabric for my dining room chairs Had been looking for fabric for my dining room chairs, something rustic to fit into my cabin. Found a southwest design, with all the right colors. The price was pretty good, ordering was quick and simple, and delivery was quick. I will use Discounted Designer Fabrics again, and will tell others about them.

Nice Fabric, Free Samples The free samples came quickly. Once I selected one, I was pleased with the quality of the fabric. I took one star off because the fabric came with some marks about half a yard in. It looks like adhesive from long strips of tape the held the uncut roll closed, perhaps for too long. I was able to recover my chairs and hope I can make matching placemats by cutting around the mark. I haven’t had a chance yet to make sure I can layout my project around the adhesive. Whoever cut the fabric for my order should have payed better attention.
