Delay in sending the product, product not exactly as shown, but Looking for a world travel theme bedroom and these shams I purchased were ideal in promoting that motif. A delay in sending the shams was quickly resolved by a very understanding and cooperative staff. WHen I received the sham it was not exactly what was shown on the webpage, the border was of a different variation then what was advertised, but it still works for me, nonetheless. The product was well made and sturdy and very very elegant.

I haven't received the product that I've bought OK buddy, I think that this is a premature posting. I was told that I had to wait 2 months before the Chakki ottoman I ordered came in. Guess what. I'm still waiting with World wide industries asking me for a review???

trustworthy with well constructed product We just got our carved canopy bed delivered & set up and it is absolutely the most amazing bed I have ever seen! It is so solid and heavy, with crazy intricate carving all over. It just looks so decadent and from another time, or like something from game of thrones. Its awesome. My friends are all jealous. :)

I ordered several pillows I ordered several pillows, curtains, and other merchandise from Worldcraft.When they did not have the merchandise I ordered, they were very accommodating to help me find a solution in remedying the situation. They also threw in an extra very beautiful cushion for my troubles. When I wanted to exchange some curtains for a different set, they made it very easy to do so. They even sent me the new set before I even had a chance to send back the ones I received! I worked with Hari and she went out of her way to look for the curtains I wanted. Dealing with Hari has been a beautiful experience. She is a sweet soul. She is an asset to the company and made my shopping experience very pleasurable.
