Delay in sending the product, product not exactly as shown, but Looking for a world travel theme bedroom and these shams I purchased were ideal in promoting that motif. A delay in sending the shams was quickly resolved by a very understanding and cooperative staff. WHen I received the sham it was not exactly what was shown on the webpage, the border was of a different variation then what was advertised, but it still works for me, nonetheless. The product was well made and sturdy and very very elegant.
