I live locally so I was able to work with them to not have to pay for shipping which is a great savings. I was happy to see how much care they took in packing my item to make sure it didn't incur any damage in transport, showing they care a lot for their work and want to make sure that their clients are happy. When I gave the piece to my husband, he really enjoyed it! He said he's never seen anything like it; that combined with the fact that I was able to select the image makes for a unique gift.
