JPNobody home ???? I ordered a rug and one hour later decided to upgrade the rug to a bigger size, I emailed them right away to tell them to cancel the first order and I made another order for the bigger size, it's been two days and they are NOT responding to my emails. I even called them twice on a week day in the afternoon and it says nobody's there to answer my call ? Sounds a little FISHY TO ME. They emailed me an hour ago and they stated they will delete the first order and everything is fine. I'm so relieved, thank you RugSmart

DEsatisfied I got what I ordered. Satisfied with quality and price. Just give the wool some time for airing.

GBI’m very happy with the rug pattern but disappointed about back order status. I’m very happy with the rug pattern I selected however, only the smaller of the two rugs arrived and that was several months ago. I did not know, nor was I told until after placing the order, that the larger rug I ordered was on back order until November and that is still 3 months away. Disappointing. Wish I had known before placing the order but I like the pattern so I’ll wait.
