Non Refund of EOI money by Godrej Properties fot Godrej Palm Retreat,Sector 150 (1) We handed over Cheque Number 027551 amounting Rs Five Lakh drawn on ICICI Bank dated 10-10-2021 to Godrej properties on 10-10-2021 as EOI money. No receipt was issued on that day, but the same was confirmed through email dated 11-10-2021 by their executive, Ms Aprajita Chhabra. The Cheque was cleared from our Account on dated 20-10-2021. (2) On 18-12-2021 as per invitation from Godrej properties, we participated in the event titled "Grand Allotment Day" at Hotel Sandal Suites, Sector 135, Noida. (3) Here we wished to apply for unit C1-502. As required by your employees, we handed over Cheque No. 000001 Amounting Rs 12,03,322/- drawn on HDFC Bank. (4) Then we were asked to sign a cost sheet, a lay-out plan, an application form and a sheet provided, filled and retained by your employee without signing or acknowledging any of these documents by any of your employees. (5) On 19-12-2021, we realised that we are not in a position to continue with this application due to some unfortunate circumstances, so we immediately wrote an email to the sales executive to stop processing of our application dated 18-12-2021, not to bank Cheque No. 000001 submitted on 18-12-2021 and to refund our money (Rs 5 Lakh) deposited through cheque dated 10-10-2021. We also stopped the payment against Cheque No. 000001. (6) We were not issued any confirmation of allotment or booking of the said unit by them. (7) Thereafter, we wrote mails and telephone their executives requesting them to stop processing of our application and refund the amount deposited by us. As we have already withdrawn our application for the said unit on 19-12-2021 without entering into any contract or agreement with the company , we are entitled for a 100% refund of Rs 5 Lakh deposited by us on dated 10-10-2021 and act accordingly.

A Happy Customer I bought some ottoman covers from them. They're beautiful and reasonably priced. I ended up sewing on my own cowry shells, which made them look great. I paid an upholsterer to sew on a zipper on the bottom that went all the way around so it could be easily stuffed and then the stuffing (I used expensive foam) could be moved to another one once it inevitably faded. (I've gotten Indian ottomans before; they fade when left outside.) Anyway, Eyes of India was great, answered my questions promptly, and the items (for which I paid extra on shipping) arrived quickly.

The Post Office did not deliver parcel… The Post Office did not deliver parcel as signature was required. This wasn’t necessary for such a low value item that could have been posted through the door. The Post Office then prematurely returned my item to sender when I tried to recover it from the post office. I never got my item! I doubt I will get a refund

We have 2 products so far that… We have 2 products so far that immediately broke on the zipper. It would be nice to either get reimbursed or a new one for each that broke. The products themselves are beautiful, well priced.. However they do not come with the inserts and this has been particularly hard to figure out for the ottomans.
