The quality of the mirrors are high… The quality of the mirrors are high quality, im really impressed. However, the shipping took a little awhile, which i honestly understand because they manufacture each mirror from scratch. Over all, good purchase and good company to deal with.

Grand Mirrors is the worst company I… Grand Mirrors is the worst company I have ever had to work with. That is saying a lot as I have rehabbed over 30 buildings. Five out of six custom mirrors have failed and Grand Mirrors has refused to repair them. GM sent some new power supplies, of which I had to pay to have installed, but the the power supplies only worked with 2 of the mirrors. I have 3 mirrors currently not working. I have been getting the run-a-round from GM for two and a half years. DO NOT USE GRAND MIRRORS unless you want an inferior product and a lot of frustration!
