Please don’t buy Quality is average compared to the price that you pay for it. Return process is horrible. I didn’t like one of the products and tried to return it and return address was of Paris, France and charges for shipping back were >60% of the product price.So, please don’t waste your money until and unless you are absolutely sure that you want the product.

Would order from them again Products arrived promptly (really quickly, actually, especially versus what I'd read in the comments and reviews - I was concerned it would take a long time to get the product but was willing to wait). In-box packaging was great, kept everything very safe. The box itself was pretty flimsy and was bashed up when it arrived. Contents were undamaged because the in-box packaging was great. I would definitely order from them again.

Deeply disappointed I have purchased several items from Lezze Design in the past. The products were great and the customer service was excellent. This time however I was deeply disappointed because the product arrived damaged (the ginkgo leaf set). I have tried to contact Lezze Design repeatedly via email and the chat function on their website to ask for a refund or replacement. However there is total radio silence. I have heard nothing in 4 weeks which is deeply concerning and frustrating. I have been a loyal customer in the past, but going forward I will not be buying anything from them.

Two beautiful sets as ordered I ordered two beautiful decorative pieces and 3 bedding sets for my parents and had a little caution that they might not look exactly the same, but I was wrong all sets are extremely beautiful and made with quality materials and fabrics same as for the embroidery and on top the cotton is so soft. Each cale well packed to avoid any damage during the shipping. Thank you and surely I will be buying more

Poor logistics & Customer Handling As of today, it's been 48 days since I ordered the product from Lezze Design. However, they are yet to be delivered. I tried contacting Lezze support, but instead of helping, they started giving common excuses like you were unavailable at home. In addition, the local Post confirmed product I ordered never reached my city and was returned to the sender. Not happy with the services I can only say a little about how Authentic the website is, but customer handling could be better and need better logistics. It costs me but advisable to avoid ordering products from Lezze.
