Just another over confident company I went online and ordered a sample on the Sunday, then rang during the week on the Tuesday and ordered some more... I got a sales call on the Wednesday asking what I thought of the samples he sent me the week before .. I hadn’t requested them the week before... So anyway... it’s sunday now and still no samples... The girl on the phone was really nice... the chancer who rang (sales) was a typical salesman, acting on a lead trying to sell me something I haven’t seen by lying about when he had sent it... So yeah it’s a week later and still no further forward than I was a week ago Website was full of “we’re the leading this and customer service that” Another company that’s full of s£&! ... Sad to say but it is just like most companies that think they are fantastic but just can’t deliver...

Cape Town support non existent. Ordered flooring a week ago, no response or ETA from their CPT branch on delivery. I tried whatsapp, email and call 2 landlines. Service is non-existent. We needed the flooring urgently and ofcourse I chose the wrong company.

Excellent Service Excellent service, speedy delivery, really pleased with quality & look of garage floor tiles,which were as described & as easy to lay as they said. Even sent me a ramp section ( I ordered 4 but needed 5 ) Free of charge.

Klikfloor/Ecotiles The flooring is excellent. Laid quickly and expertly by Kevin of EcoTile. I'm very pleased with it. There was a problem with the delivery, I wasn't told when to expect them, so they arrived when I wasn't in.

Great flooring and helpful staff Helpful staff, easy system to work out how much flooring is needed. Great communication from the company regarding delivery and the flooring was very easy to fit and looks fantastic. Needed s couple of extra tiles due to cutting errors at our end and Gemma sorted it out straight away and sent them that day.
