GBAfter two years of owning my collar After two years of owning my collar, the controller died. Not finding a replacement on line, I called customer service. They were able to sell me a new controller and help unpair and pair when it arrived. I made critical errors, tried to combine mine and my sons, resulting in a complete disaster of both systems! Customer service was able to straighten both systems up and answered all questions. When I first called and had to leave a voice mail, my expectations were far exceeded by their fast response!

GBGPS collars—AMAZING!! We ordered the GPS boundaries collars for our two XL dogs to keep at my parents old farmhouse. Their yard is a little more than 2 acres, but they live on lots of farmland and especially at night, the dogs would run off to chase coyotes, find dead animals, roll in mud, and lots of other big dog shenanigans 😱 I didn’t love the idea of using a shock collar, but I finally was exasperated enough to give it a try. I ordered a couple, watched the videos, and set them up easily. I don’t think I can overstate how much we LOVE THEM. It took them a couple days to learn the boundaries and understand the beeping—but even on the lowest shock setting, they rarely push the boundaries and they’ve learned that this keeps them in the yard. If you turn them off when the dogs are in the house, the charge lasts for several days to a week. We’re so happy we this purchase!

GBBest customer service ever!!!! I emailed them about a problem , they were extremely fast to respond and went above and beyond to get me replacement equipment. I have never dealt with better customer service! 110% in my book!
