Best customer service ever!!!! I emailed them about a problem , they were extremely fast to respond and went above and beyond to get me replacement equipment. I have never dealt with better customer service! 110% in my book!

Helpful Although I have the occasional issue with the collars, I cannot speak highly enough of the service that I receive. The staff are extremely helpful and try hard to rectify my problem.

Great product Great product, works a treat

GPS collars—AMAZING!! We ordered the GPS boundaries collars for our two XL dogs to keep at my parents old farmhouse. Their yard is a little more than 2 acres, but they live on lots of farmland and especially at night, the dogs would run off to chase coyotes, find dead animals, roll in mud, and lots of other big dog shenanigans 😱 I didn’t love the idea of using a shock collar, but I finally was exasperated enough to give it a try. I ordered a couple, watched the videos, and set them up easily. I don’t think I can overstate how much we LOVE THEM. It took them a couple days to learn the boundaries and understand the beeping—but even on the lowest shock setting, they rarely push the boundaries and they’ve learned that this keeps them in the yard. If you turn them off when the dogs are in the house, the charge lasts for several days to a week. We’re so happy we this purchase!
