Great product Great product, works a treat

This product does not work consistently… This product did not work consistently. But this company was really great for their customer service. They willingly returned my money and apologized for the units failure. They even recommended a different product.

Helpful Although I have the occasional issue with the collars, I cannot speak highly enough of the service that I receive. The staff are extremely helpful and try hard to rectify my problem.
