GBNot exactly what was sent in the email after construction. My sign arrived quickly; however, the picture I received prior to arrival wasn't quite what was depicted. I have emailed the seller and have not received a response and it has been about 2 months. Not very happy, as I am going to have to figure out how to construct lights around my diamond.

GBReview Create Neon created a great looking sign that I had made on their website. I have a two year warranty and it’s a good thing because after two-three months of hanging it for my business it stopped working altogether - but the company helped me solve the issue. Our dimmer switch shorted and the company sent me a new one. The sign still works without the dimmer switch but now we can adjust the brightness again. Thank you Create Neon!

GBThis company exceeded expectations This company exceeded expectations. We were hoping to order from the States and avoid shipping from China during the pandemic. Turns out communication was better than anything we encountered local and domestic. The sign was done perfectly. It was shipped and arrived prior to estimated time. Although the gift has yet to be given, it works perfectly. The remote was a definite added bonus and so happy that we went with this company.
