MXIt was a very easy purchase for me that… It was a very easy purchase for me that I live in Mexico City. Specially because I sent it to a Miami address, and I Could skeep the mail cost. I am very happy with my Cards and Disc. I feel safety now. I attend the tutorial and unfortunately the acrílic base to put the Disc, didn’t come inside the square box and in any part of the package, so I have to put it just beside the módem. I suggest to elimínate from the tutorial this accesorie that never appears in the purchase. Another thing, the discount on my second purchase never appears and I couldn’t make the purchase in 4 payments even though I marked the square asking for this benefit. Please review this subjects. GBIf I could rate the service zero stars… If I could rate the service zero stars I would. When I purchased the product I asked for expert advice; Lisa informed me that she was the authority on the product. One of my main concerns was how long it would take for the said results to take effect - her response was 2 weeks; after 2 weeks plus, there were no changes. That said, I returned the product to the address noted as shipping address, and, emailed the tracking info; no response. The product was returned to me - UNDELIVERABLE. Note: I am experiencing malicious EMR ATTACKS; the product did not do what was advertised, and per the zoom meeting, it would require thousands of dollars to attain the protection I need - possibly. This should be explained upfront by a “qualified” representative, not figured out after investing hundreds of dollars for a less-than-possible non-solution. I live on social security; SPIRO’s ineffectiveness in full disclosure has left me totally dissatisfied - I was so hopeful to become so disappointed. Understanding the Product is imperative; hopefully this is possible; as for now - I have only a fragment of what “may” be a solution when I can invest thousands of dollars.
