Communication could be better. Remote not working. Communication could be better. Lighting remote doesn't work. When plugged in the beam is super bright it could do with a little dimmer - perhaps if the remote worked it might do the job. Before purchase there was more communication of course but afterwards when trying to fix the remote problem not so much. Waiting for the issue to be resolved. Other than that, it's a lovely design. Not sure if it's worth the money as it stands.

I had to pay 90 euro more for the… I had to pay 90 euro more for the custom. They didn't help with the communication with the custom and let me do all the speaking. at the end the answer they gave me when i ask for a refund for the costs of it, was that it is not in their policy and that it is written on the web page that it can comes to extra cost for the custom but they don't have any responsability for that. Moreover, the neon signs of this type can be ordered on alibaba for half of the price.
