GBFabulous Fixtures Beautiful fixtures for certain. The hurricane lamp bulb mounting is skewed so bulb doesn’t rest perpendicular to base. Can it be corrected w/o damaging mounting? Love the side lamps. They’re perfect with my decor. Please send me info with new design SLS!

GBReceived wrong lamps Received wrong lamps. Paid for expedited shipment which should be refunded. Phones are not answered and it take days for any email reply. Don’t know when/if I will receive correct merchandise! Frustrating!

GBExperience was fine Experience was fine, quality of item was good, but wasn't the right size so I had to return it and paid $25 in shipping on a $100 order. I am not a fan of having to pay return shipping these days as most retailers give a prepaid shipping labels if a product needs to be returned or exchanged.

GBI think good customer service would… I think good customer service would replace the bulbs that were missing Otherwise they need to tell you you need to review your order asap
