Exceptional customer service I purchased a couple different solar bug zappers. I was having difficulties with the lantern type. I could not get it to fully charge. Even sitting out in the Florida sun. I called customer service. The two torch type were working well. Just the one lantern was the problem. The customer service representative ask several excellent questions. I was immediately given full credit for the lantern and ordered a couple different models she recommended. No hassle, nor packing nor shipping back the defective lantern. Honestly the most superb customer service EVER! THANK YOU
