Above and beyond customer service. This company is doing very well. I now have 80 of the mouse deterrent packets, and I had ordered two of the liquid spray bottles for recharging the packets. The first two had faulty spray caps on top, and customer service wanted to replace those with two complete new bottles. It was not necessary as I only needed one that I could change between the two original bottles, but they replaced the entire order. I was surprised, and more than thankful.

I requested a refund through their purchase guarantee because I did try to reach out to you via email and all measures available to me and you do not reply to your customers. I received my refund ONLY because I ordered thru Facebook and my purchase was protected through their platform. Your customer service is nonexistent.
