Above and beyond customer service. This company is doing very well. I now have 80 of the mouse deterrent packets, and I had ordered two of the liquid spray bottles for recharging the packets. The first two had faulty spray caps on top, and customer service wanted to replace those with two complete new bottles. It was not necessary as I only needed one that I could change between the two original bottles, but they replaced the entire order. I was surprised, and more than thankful.

This product is absolutely useless This product is absolutely useless. We have less than .5 acre lot, hung all 4 containers even though according to their claim, 4 provides coverage for an entire acre. As soon as we walk into our yard we are swarmed by mosquitoes just as we always have been. Don’t waste your $, totally absolutely USELESS! Update: in reply to your response, I ordered thru Facebook. I requested a refund through their purchase guarantee because I did try to reach out to you via email and all measures available to me and you do not reply to your customers. I received my refund ONLY because I ordered thru Facebook and my purchase was protected through their platform. Your customer service is nonexistent.

Great service, customers for life! We have been buying Mosquito TNT for many seasons now. We are in Florida and the mosquitos out here are terrible. Plus a creek runs across our back property line. The tnt is significantly effective for us. On our last refill, I tried to order the new roofs for the buckets but wasn't able to enter any message before checkout. I reached out to the help desk and they promptly helped me out with free shipping and extra goodies. Thank you so much to the Tougher Than Tom team. Last year the mosquito repellant… Edit: the company reached out and is trying to help, which I really appreciate! Hope it works again! Last year the mosquito repellant worked. This year, nothing. I have seven containers hanging around the perimeter and mosquitos are worse than ever. The solution this year just didn’t work. Or I have crazy mosquitos!!!

No refills available any time soon. The mosquito repellent worked well. Buyer beware because the company does not have refills. The company hasn't had any for months and aren't sure when they will receive the product. I was told its not mosquito season. In Florida, mospuito season is 365 days a year. Great. Now I have little bucket that are useless.
