Order was good I placed an order, 7/20/23. the usps returned it claiming the address was invalid. So 7/26/23,the rep said she'd send another order, and to expect abt 7 days to arrive.Today (8/13/23) i still have not seen my order. I'm starting to think I've been scammed. UPDATE: the package arrived and the perfect at tougher than tom were gracious enough to do me a favor, for the inconvenience. 👍👍

I feel like a buffet for mosquitoes…no more! Every summer I feel like a Buffet for the mosquitoes when I walk outside. It’s so annoying. I can’t even enjoy sitting outside in the morning having a cuppa coffee without feeling like I’m losing a pint a minute. I decided to give these a try and much to my amazement, surprise, and delight, they really work. So, if you or a loved one has issues with mosquitoes, I would recommend getting these, they actually really do work.

Great service, customers for life! We have been buying Mosquito TNT for many seasons now. We are in Florida and the mosquitos out here are terrible. Plus a creek runs across our back property line. The tnt is significantly effective for us. On our last refill, I tried to order the new roofs for the buckets but wasn't able to enter any message before checkout. Above and beyond customer service. This company is doing very well. I now have 80 of the mouse deterrent packets, and I had ordered two of the liquid spray bottles for recharging the packets. The first two had faulty spray caps on top, and customer service wanted to replace those with two complete new bottles. It was not necessary as I only needed one that I could change between the two original bottles, but they replaced the entire order. I was surprised, and more than thankful.

Small hiccup I had an issue one set of my containers did not have holes on the lids I reached out several times and finally got a response. * customer service reached out and will be remedying the problem. Apparently lids have holes in them to hold the wire mine did not. Impressed with how customer service did handle the situation. Might I make a suggestion? . Instruction pamphlets have a font maybe size 5! Even with magnification barely legible. Company also has a product that deters mice. That product does appear to be working so I am giving 3 stars to the company *
