Above and beyond customer service. This company is doing very well. I now have 80 of the mouse deterrent packets, and I had ordered two of the liquid spray bottles for recharging the packets. The first two had faulty spray caps on top, and customer service wanted to replace those with two complete new bottles. It was not necessary as I only needed one that I could change between the two original bottles, but they replaced the entire order. I was surprised, and more than thankful.

Rodents begone I live in an inner city row home and mice are a constant problem living inside the walls separating the homes. They can enter through any defect, crack or hole in the walls. Tougher Than Tom has kept them from finding a route to enter our home.

No refills available any time soon. The mosquito repellent worked well. Buyer beware because the company does not have refills. The company hasn't had any for months and aren't sure when they will receive the product. I was told its not mosquito season. In Florida, mospuito season is 365 days a year. Great. Now I have little bucket that are useless.

We live in an area with lots of mosquitoes, but since we started using this product, we can finally enjoy our yard without getting bitten. The customer service was fantastic, and the shipping was quick.

I feel like a buffet for mosquitoes…no more! Every summer I feel like a Buffet for the mosquitoes when I walk outside. It’s so annoying. I decided to give these a try and much to my amazement, surprise, and delight, they really work.
