Extremely surprised and satisfied how… Extremely surprised and satisfied how effective this product has been. We have had our buckets for almost 3 months, now, and they seem to still be working. I think I have had 1 mosquito bite, all summer, which is unheard of for me. Very satisfied and excited to find something that actually works!

Order was good I placed an order, 7/20/23. the usps returned it claiming the address was invalid. So 7/26/23,the rep said she'd send another order, and to expect abt 7 days to arrive.Today (8/13/23) i still have not seen my order. I'm starting to think I've been scammed. UPDATE: the package arrived and the perfect at tougher than tom were gracious enough to do me a favor, for the inconvenience. 👍👍

Small hiccup I had an issue one set of my containers did not have holes on the lids I reached out several times and finally got a response. * customer service reached out and will be remedying the problem. Apparently lids have holes in them to hold the wire mine did not. Impressed with how customer service did handle the situation. Might I make a suggestion? . Instruction pamphlets have a font maybe size 5! Even with magnification barely legible. Company also has a product that deters mice. That product does appear to be working so I am giving 3 stars to the company *

This product is absolutely useless This product is absolutely useless. We have less than .5 acre lot, hung all 4 containers even though according to their claim, 4 provides coverage for an entire acre. As soon as we walk into our yard we are swarmed by mosquitoes just as we always have been. Don’t waste your $, totally absolutely USELESS! Update: in reply to your response, I ordered thru Facebook. I requested a refund through their purchase guarantee because I did try to reach out to you via email and all measures available to me and you do not reply to your customers. I received my refund ONLY because I ordered thru Facebook and my purchase was protected through their platform. Your customer service is nonexistent.

Last year the mosquito repellant… Edit: the company reached out and is trying to help, which I really appreciate! Hope it works again! Last year the mosquito repellant worked. This year, nothing. I have seven containers hanging around the perimeter and mosquitos are worse than ever. The solution this year just didn’t work. Or I have crazy mosquitos!!!
