USAttempted several times to call their… Attempted several times to call their customer service phone #(303)731-3208(a Colorado number)& received “call can not be completed as dialed”. I also sent a email, no response. I have a 7A silk comforter that the cotton cover has an odor I cannot get rid of! I didn’t think I had to have a new comforter sent out to be cleaned. No customer service for their expensive product. Will not buy their products
