I HAVE ALWAYS ORDERED, BY TELEPHONE, BUT I MAY START USING OUR COMPUTER. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN GREAT, VERY HELPFUL & POLITE. ALSO, ANY RETURNS HAVE BEEN DEALT WITH IN A VERY FAIR MANNER. AND I HAVE NOT HAD MANY RETURNS. I HAVE ORDERED MANY UNIQUE & PRACTICAL ITEMS. I LIKE & WOULD RECOMMEND STARCREST. PEOPLE HAVE SAID, 'WHERE DID YOU GET THAT"? I SAY, "FROM MY FRIENDS IN CALIF."

Filled my order correctly and promptly. When I order by phone I don’t like it when the person taking my order keeps suggesting other items I may want.

Fun and useful items! I have shopped Starcrest on and off for several years. They have a great selection of very useful, and often times, hard to find items. They ship quickly, which is a wonderful thing! I often order for an older lady friend of mine, as well. She has always been happy with her purchases, as have I.

The majority of items in my order were…well constructed The majority of items in my order were well constructed. As for the waterproof underpants, I tried wearing each one in hopes they would fit. Unfortunately, the seams came apart. It obvious a 3x size was needed. In future, I would consider buying from Starcrest especially "Clothes/Accessories." I would appreciate seeing some more Dresses, Skirts and Hats.
