I have been trying to use Aeropay since… *edit to add, i've changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars. After posting a negative review my account is finally working! Ty! I have been trying to use Aeropay since 12/5/23 and it still says I have insufficient funds. The money has been in my bank for 2 weeks. I can't get in touch with a live person and have gotten numerous emails that my case has been escalated & then replies that it should work and it still doesn't work. This service is horrible! I will take my business elsewhere!

Aeropay Payment Processing Aeropay has worked flawlessly for my payment processing needs. Although there were some outages several years ago, nothing recent.

Help with Deactivated account I originally sent an email to aero pay’s support email with help on a deactivated account. I was trying to withdraw funds from my PrizePicks account for the first time. I sent the email on Feb 27th and didn’t hear anything back. On March 4th I decided to go to your Twitter page and send a DM there. I received an almost immediate response asking for my info. They stated they were going to escalate my request to a supervisor. I received an email back the next day that Emmy account was deactivated and I could withdraw my funds from PrizePicks now.

I have tried to withdraw money from… I have tried to withdraw money from PrizePicks and disabled my account saying insufficient funds. I have sent over a dozen emails back and forth with replies just saying the same basic thing every time. I’m starting to think aeropay is a scam and would not recommend this service to anyone

Funds not sent and will not get back to me after inquiring Had trouble linking bank account to prize picks. Finally got that issue resolved and after withdrawing the money never reached my account. Says with drawn over 10 days ago but still has not hut my account. Emailed about issue and was told the issue was being forwarded to the appropriate team for review and would be contacted in 24 to 48 hours. Week later no response. Sent 2 or 3 emails since to see why I never got a response within 48 hours and have gotten zero emails back almost like they are ignoring my attempts to reach out and get this solved. Would not recommend and at this point seems like a scam
