Aeropay Glitches Terribly & Support is Unreliable I’ve had the worst experience with Aeropay. Their support stopped answering my emails mid-conversation, so I went to the chatbot and got an agent online at Aeropay. The agent was semi-friendly and he only sort of answered the questions thrown at him. Also, the policies are terrible. An automated system doing all the work that cannot be overridden? Seems dangerous. I wish Aeropay worked and that the support was more reliable. Update: Tried their phone number & no one answered after a few attempts. It should be an easier support process but I appreciate David’s help

Funds not sent and will not get back to me after inquiring Had trouble linking bank account to prize picks. Finally got that issue resolved and after withdrawing the money never reached my account. Says with drawn over 10 days ago but still has not hut my account. Emailed about issue and was told the issue was being forwarded to the appropriate team for review and would be contacted in 24 to 48 hours. Week later no response. Sent 2 or 3 emails since to see why I never got a response within 48 hours and have gotten zero emails back almost like they are ignoring my attempts to reach out and get this solved. Would not recommend and at this point seems like a scam

I started using Aeropay about a year… I started using Aeropay about a year ago for pay my pharmacy. I was reluctant but needed to pay online for the pharmacy to deliver my medicine. Aeropay is the smoothest, fastest, most secure pay app I’ve ever used. Not once has there then a glitch in my payment or an error message. It’s safe, quick and secure!

Wish I knew about Aeropay sooner! Wish I knew about Aeropay sooner! It has made going to dispensaries so much easier. I’ve used aeropay several times in Chicago and always had a good experience. I wouldn’t want to go back to using cash or another system now that I know it’s an option. I’ve never had any issues at all, and its so nice to be able to use card instead of carrying cash or paying a high ATM fee. Simple to set up and I wouldn’t even notice I was using it if I didn’t know. I try to only go to the dispensaries in Chicago that I know have Aeropay now because it makes the experience so much better.

AeroPay is truly revolutionary AeroPay has truly revolutionized the way I am able to purchase my medical marijuana. All I have to do is put the order in, and I get that check mark that says, Success. So easy, convenient and I would highly recommend using the service. It is THE ONLY service that has full access to my bank account, and has never made an error. That’s saying something in today’s digital age.
