Two good things, but covered in rust Two good things. One, customer service reached out to clarify the shipping set up. Two, the shipment arrived very fast. However, the entire fire pit was covered in rusty. Even after using some steel wool and black spray paint designed for high heat surfaces (grills, fire pits, etc) still has a lot of rust and flaking metal. Really disappointing as it was meant as a gift for spouse, and for this much money, should have required no clean up, scrubbing, repainting etc.

Excited to give this to my husband for Father’s Day! We just had to get rid of our older refrigerator that had a unique defrosting drawer in it that we used all the time. They apparently don’t make that drawer anymore so we don’t have one in our new fridge. I purchased the professional defrosting tray for my husband for Father’s Day and am very excited to give it to him before he goes back to unsafely defrosting things on the kitchen counter!

Product arrived showing external and… Product arrived showing external and internal damage. Customer support replied quickly and suggested that the product be assembled and if any replacement parts were required they would be supplied. None were necessary as it turned out.

The first Slimline Ladder I carry in my truck to help secure loads on my overhead cargo rack, which proved to be very handle and easy to use. So I decided to purchase another Slimline Ladder for my home to safety reach high selves when retrieving or storing items. The Slimline Ladders that have purchased worked as advertised and are worth the cost.
