I rarely give 5 stars I rarely give 5 stars, but in my situation Insurent was a godsend. I come from Europe and need a small studio flat of my own for very frequent visits to NY. I have the financial means to pay rent, but not the credit history and other documents most Americans need in order to rent a place in NY. Insurent made it possible for someone like me to rent a place without red tape. Insurent's guarantees are ideal for foreign students, foreign business travellers on prolonged stays and those who need a pied-a-terre for whatever reason. Glad to see this because I've used other broker's rental application portals and it was obsolete, redundant and antiquated. By far, real smooth technology from this Compass Broker.

This application is confusing This application contains mis-spelling, missing punctuation, zero support or guidance. (i.e. debits) It has Yes/No radio buttons for multiple choice questions. (i.e. "rate your credit? yes/no" ?) There is no explanation for why some fields are required and others are not, what do with the non-required fields. (i.e. designated contacts)

Really enjoyed the area Really enjoyed the area, the apartment all new and fixed up, beautiful and perfect that is pretty close to my job. The presenter was very nice and very helpful and she did her best even got injured. Thank you for everything!
