GBI have recently placed three orders… I have recently placed three orders with Kings Outdoor Lighting. The shipping turnaround was amazingly fast. We have been extremely pleased with the product and price. Our second order was indicated delivered but was not at our house, It did show up the next morning (maybe from a neighbor). Our third order was indicated delivered but it also was not at our door. I have been trying to resolve this but have not gotten a satisfactory response. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

GBWould buy again, Really great product Really great product. I had to replace three high end solid brass fixtures that had an integrated LED. When one light burned out it could not be replaced so had to throw all 3 away. The Kings product has a replaceable light and looks fantastic

GBTwice in a period of a week I sent… Twice in a period of a week I sent questions regarding the use of a switch with the cafe lights, once via chat, once during purchase feedback…. Neither were ever answered. Cafe lights work great. Customer service sucks!

GBYou all have an incorrect address on… You all have an incorrect address on your website for returns, USPS said it was undeliverable and after spending $30 to ship it I had to spend another $30 to ship it to a different address that was given to me over the phone

GBThe lights fit my needs and the quality… The lights fit my needs and the quality is better than the ones I’m replacing. However, one of the globes was cracked and one bulb that I purchased was malfunctioning. I sent an earlier note with this same info. I need a replacement for both items.
