Easy exchange I called to get better explanations of bulb parts/description but didn’t connect with the customer service rep; I don’t think she understood how to explain the coding and terms…. Was a bit standoffish; otherwise I’d have given a 5 rating

It was easy to find the bulbs I needed It was easy to find the bulbs I needed. Others sites had a smaller selection, or didn’t allow to filter for specific options like you did. And I’m very happy with the quay of the bulbs and the lighting! The only downside is how long it took to ship, though the expected ship date when I purchased them was accurate so I knew what to expect.

I ordered more than was in stock I ordered more than was in stock. Y'all sent me an e-mail to call on how I would like to handle. I did and they gave me a couple of options, both of which were very accommodating. I chose one and they handled everything quickly and easily! Thanks!!

Better than you could imagine They are absolutely perfect and beautiful when lit up in the evening. I didn’t exactly know what I was going to be receiving, but I was extremely thrilled.
