I'm actually very impressed and quite pleased with HMS and how they have handled our account after some initial issues with our transition over to them. They actually do care and emphasize customer service - which is a rare and much appreciated treat in the murky world of Merchant Processing. I'm happy to say our switch to HMS has turned out to be a great decision. I think we finally found our trusted Merchant Account!! Thank you!

GBBest rates and customer service! Host Merchant Services is the best merchant services company we have ever had. They have the best rates and responsive customer service. Other companies try to steal our business but cant touch their pricing! I would recommend any business accepting credit and debit cards to check them out. They can't be beat!

ESUneducated team-members in HMS! Uneducated team-members in HMS! I got in touch with HMS for one of my companies in Europe. Shortly a "Business consultant" came back to me, asking me to book an appointment. Did that 10 minutes later and confirmed the appointment with time and date also via email. Now - at the day of the appointment I am waiting here and nothing happens. Via email I asked if there are technological issues and offered to call. As a response I got an email without proper introduction, without apology or anything to just inform me in one line that they don't work with businesses outside US. Don't expect educated people working there if they don't do their job in the very first place and have no problem wasting your precious time. It will be better invested in writing a review ;-) Thanks for nothing HMS!
