Lovely hand-crafted wooden salad bowl but customer service was wanting The bowl is a lovely, reasonably priced product. Would have given the vendor a "five star" rating were it not for the fact that it took nearly two months from the time of the purchase to delivery, without the vendor making any effort to inform me why it was as long in coming as it was (learned what the delay was only by phoning the vendor myself). Vendor also charged my credit card weeks before the product was delivered, which I think is bad form.

The new spoon has none of the cachet or heft of our original spoons, which we love! That’s why we chose to repurchase the spoon as a gift. Susan lane

I was impressed by the artisan quality…Generations will enjoy my purchases I was impressed by the artisan quality of my large 19” walnut salad bowl. Considering it cost me a fortune, I was not expecting the love I saw in the final product. In fact, I have been moved by this quality, this love, to purchase a large lazy Susan, and 6 walnut salad/serving bowls for my next family dinner. My intention is to hand these artisan quality items down through the generations. I am also known for my “drop dead” salads and this will inspire my loved ones to realize how much love I put in cooking for them.

We ordered the 15” cherry salad bowl as… We ordered the 15” cherry salad bowl as a gift for our daughter and son-in-law. The following is the text message we received from them (with photo) when it was delivered: “This piece of beautiful craftsmanship arrived today! It’s perfect and we love it!!”. Thank you, New Hampshire Bowl and Board for your prompt answer to my question about holiday shipping and for getting it to our children so quickly. We couldn’t be happier!

Beautiful bowl and wonderful personal… Beautiful bowl and wonderful personal service. I need a bowl rather quickly and “The Bowl Man” was so accommodating and rushed the bowl to me. The engraving on the bottom of the bowl was a added touch! Highly recommend!
