Exceptionally high quality extrusion… Exceptionally high quality extrusion and well designed. Can’t wait to get it installed and the led turned on to make the step safe! Great customer service. Thank you.

I thought the sales experience was… I thought the sales experience was great. Fast with questions, the order went through efficiently and arrived as promised. The materials were packaged nicely, no damage to the packaging. However, the aluminum channels were scuffed and some of the corners were slightly bent. I was able to bend the corners back, but couldn't get the scuffs out of the aluminum. Way too much trouble to ship back, will settle with a less than perfect finish on the project.

Can we just get a complete kit with everything? First the LED strip came without a power supply. When we asked how we were supposed to make this work, we were informed that three more parts were recommended and would cost an additional $100. When we threatened to send back the unit, suddenly we only needed a power supply and they would sent it to us for free. When the power supply came, there were no instructions on how to connect the 4 wires to which of the 7 connection points. When we asked for instructions, the photo that was sent showed the power supply connected to a power cord, which we now have to go purchase locally and hook it all up ourselves. It would be really awesome if they just sold the complete kit for easy installation.

Incredibly fast Incredibly fast, helpful and friendly customer service. Items were shipped out same day as ordered and arrived two days later. Will 100% return for business.

Exactly what I needed These side emitting LEDs are exactly what I needed. The low profile and dimmable aspect allowed me to intergrate them into me vehicles interior lighting.
