Don’t look anywhere else. Matt came to measure up and discuss the options for the replacement of the garage door. He was professional, easy to speak with and gave us really good advice. We made a decision and then asked him to let us have renderings in different colours. The team which installed the door, Fred and Ricky were excellent, careful and cleaned up everything. Best company ever My original roller garage door jammed so the company who fitted it had gone into liquidation. I phoned Lisa who arranged some engineers to visit. They arrived the same day and managed to open it but informed me it was broken. It was beyond repair as it was poor quality. (It was cheap) The one they offered was very much better quality with a great guarantee especially as the Company have been in business for many years, They arranged to make it a priority as having just had an operation I couldn't lift anything for 4 weeks which was the only way to open it halfway so I could get at my Utility room. Darren (the manager) chased it up for me and within 3 weeks it was manufactured. Steve and Mathew arrived early yesterday as arranged, removed the old door and fittings and fitted the new one expertly. So refreshing to deal with a company who go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

Registered my issue on their on line service, received a call back within a couple of hours and they managed to get my broken garage fixed within a couple of hours. Start to finish from me registering my issue to having it fixed could have been no more than 4HRS. Brilliant service and really helpful staff.
