First class product and service We had no recommendations to go on when the time came to replace our old roller double garage door. The information online for GDSW was well prepared and reassuring. Darren talked us through all the issues to consider before making a decision and we were happy with the specification and the price. All stages were in line with the timing we had been given and communication was excellent. Dan and Tom did a great job taking out the old equipment, installing and testing the new and making good as necessary including suggesting a better way to locate the flexible bottom edge of the door. Garage Door purchase. I recently purchased a remote controlled Garage Door from GarageDoorsSouthWest, a pleasant experience from the initial visit from Darren who explained the system to me and sent me a quote for three different options from which to choose. I was told the process takes 6 weeks, and that was exactly what it did. I was offered a prompt appointment which I accepted. Two engineers arrived on time got straight on with the job and within a few hours it was all completed. So far I am very happy with my 'new toy', certainly much better than my old, very heavy garage door. I would definitely recommend this company.

Professionally completed project Came promptly to give us a fair and competitive quote to replace two single up and over garage doors with one roller door. Registered my issue on their on line service, received a call back within a couple of hours and they managed to get my broken garage fixed within a couple of hours.
