Best company ever My original roller garage door jammed so the company who fitted it had gone into liquidation. I phoned Lisa who arranged some engineers to visit. They arrived the same day and managed to open it but informed me it was broken. It was beyond repair as it was poor quality. (It was cheap) The one they offered was very much better quality with a great guarantee especially as the Company have been in business for many years, They arranged to make it a priority as having just had an operation I couldn't lift anything for 4 weeks which was the only way to open it halfway so I could get at my Utility room. Darren (the manager) chased it up for me and within 3 weeks it was manufactured. Steve and Mathew arrived early yesterday as arranged, removed the old door and fittings and fitted the new one expertly. So refreshing to deal with a company who go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

Professionally completed project Came promptly to give us a fair and competitive quote to replace two single up and over garage doors with one roller door. They came equipped with samples and photographs so we had a clear idea of what would be entailed. Work carried out professionally, speedily, courteously and to our satisfaction. Greatly recommended.

Repair to up and over garage door. Phoned on Thursday and got a call back next morning to say engineer would call later that day. By lunch time engineer called and was able to do a repair with new parts there and then. Price was very reasonable compared to a repair done 4 years ago so very satisfied. Engineer and young assistant were very friendly and polite. Thank you
