Firm and comfortable. Both the back and seat cushions I purchased are firm, yet comfortable. Also, the back cushion has an adjustable strap, so I am able to use it on both my dining chair and on my desk chair. I have had two lower back surgeries so I need to be careful with my posture- especially while sitting. These cushions are providing more than adequate support.

Excellent pillow protectors Excellent pillow protectors, the finest I have EVER seen!!! They are exactly as described. I am perfectly pleased. I washed them in cool water and let them air dry to preserve that perfection. I am ordering more. An added plus, they do not make the annoying crackling sound that cheap ones make.

They Care! First off I would like to say that I love their products! So much so I have several things of theirs. Occasionally (as with any company) something may go not as planned. Rest assured, you have no worries with this company. Something so easy as their recommendation to register your purchase product, do it. It’s suggested for a reason.
