Defective bulbs from Bulb… I ordered 6 halogen bulbs from Bulb America Nov 2021 as back-up bulbs for a bathroom light. March 2022, I needed to replace a bulb, tried all 6 brand new bulbs for BulbAmerica and NONE worked, all defective. I emailed their customer service dept, and they told me to contact the manufacturer, it was beyond their 30 day warranty period and they could not help me. I wrote the the owner, nothing... So if you purchase bulbs from BulbAmerica, you have to assume they are defective, and test them as soon as you receive them. Their customer service policy is horrible- Stay Away!!

Second time For me. Second time I used Bulb America and I have not been disappointed. In both cases the bulbs were too special to be stocked locally but that is not a problem any more. Recommend.

Good service Nice service. Prices reasonable, order execution prompt. One bulb was broken, let's see how that is going to be resolved.

Standard delivery was super fast Ordered 2- par64 cans, 2- 1000 watt bulbs and a 12ft light stand on Tuesday and got them by Saturday morning. Set em up that night and tested, was very satisfied! Will recommend to fishing groups.

We needed a germicidal bulb We needed a germicidal bulb, which I guess is sort of like a black-light bulb or UV bulb, but had some other specifications. No other major sites seemed to have this particular type of bulb, so it was great to find out about this site. The bulb shipped quickly and arrived undamaged. It is exactly as advertised and works well.
